From Nov to Dec 2019, VCAPS hosts a master student on Global Health from the University of Sydneyduring her first placement. Here is Melanie Nye sharing her thoughts with us all:

'I thoroughly enjoyed my international student placement at the Woolcock Institute in Hanoi. I was able to participate in many valuable opportunities during my time here, which have left me with new skills and wonderful memories. From participation in a community health promotion event to delivering team presentations and contributing to research design, I was afforded lots of interesting opportunities to learn from and contribute to the team. Thank you to everyone for making me feel so welcomed and supported. Right from the start, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel part of the team. I really appreciate the time I had here and would highly recommend this opportunity to others.'
